My name is Richard Teves, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master of Science in Nursing. I have a total of seven years of experience working in mental health, including four years in inpatient behavioral health, where I gained experience treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
I am passionate about helping people improve their mental health and overall quality of life. I believe mental well-being plays an important role in how we function day to day, and I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood. My approach focuses on thoughtful, evidence-based medication management while also encouraging healthy routines that support sleep, stress management, and overall wellness.
At Clear View Behavioral Services, I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their symptoms, build resilience, and move toward greater stability and emotional balance.

Shoni Taylor, NP.

Michelle Buckman, PMHNP.
I work with people who are struggling with life stresses and/or biochemical mental health challenges, like addictions, and have a desire to feel more content and capable.
We will move at your own pace in developing a health plan for yourself with help from me as a Registered Nurse and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
I will make every effort to address you as a whole person, including emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and developmental components – and take all these into consideration when discussing care with you.
Professional Background
I bring 37 years of nursing experience and am certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Twenty-seven of those most recent years have been working in various psychiatric settings, in the hospital, emergency room, and community-based clinics. I bring a wealth of experience to our practice, professionally and personally. I earned a Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and a Ph.D. in Nursing Science.
Something Personal
As a nurse, I practice what I preach to stay healthy while having lots of fun. I love to relax at the beach and mountains, sit with friends and family, or have a quiet evening at home.
